Merger between RTW Plottermedia and UDE Bolagen
Today on the opening day of the Sign Scandinavia
show in Gothenburg we are happy to announce the merger between the
two companies RTW Plottermedia and UDE Bolagen.
RTW Plottermedia is well known in Sweden for
their many years of selling print media, ink, laminating films and
other supplies to the large format business. The company has always
been in the forefront of bringing new interesting products to the
Swedish sign industry. With a wide range of products and over 15
years in the business they are by most people thought of as one of
the leading dealers in Sweden.
UDE Bolagen has in just a few years time made
a name for them selves as a very knowledgeable and fast growing
dealer of Mutoh large format printers, cutting plotters, laminators,
rip- and cutting software, printing media, cutting vinyl and other
supplies. The company consists of people with many years experience
of the sign/large format industry as former employees of two of the
most well known companies in the business.
The new company will go by the name RTW. The
new RTW will not only benefit from the fact that all 6 part owners
have over 10 years experience each of this business, but also the
fact that we will have sales offices and warehouses in both
Stockholm (Haninge) and Gothenburg (Alingsås). These are
geographically the most important regions in Sweden. We will also be
able to help the customers out with everything they need, meaning;
hard ware, soft ware, supplies, technical expertise and support.
As the merger is not yet finalized but planned to be
so in just a few weeks time, we ask our current suppliers to still
use the same company name, VAT number, address etc until further
notice. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any
questions or if you would like to have any more info regarding this.
We are all looking forward to an inspiring future
together.
Welcome to the new RTW!
